With the increasing cost of offering group benefits, many employers offer voluntary products to supplement their benefit offerings. Voluntary benefits are 100% paid by the employee thru payroll deduction. There is no cost to the employer. These products allow employees to pick and choose which products enhance their individual life styles. Voluntary products pay cash when employees need it most. Many voluntary products are portable, which means the employee takes the product with them when they terminate employment. Some of the voluntary products available are:

  • Voluntary Life for employee, spouse & children.
  • Voluntary Long Term Disability for the employee only.A
  • Accident for employee, spouse and children [off the job].
  • Critical Illness includes cancer. Lump sum paid directly to employee.
  • Cancer for employee, spouse & children.
  • Hospital indemnity for employee, spouse & children.
  • Dental for employee, spouse & children.
